Retail.ai is the brainchild of our two co-founders, Peter Gentsch and Christian Au. For years, both have been committed to investigating AI and empowering companies and their employees to work with GenAI. In spring 2024, we joined forces with the retail company Markant to open a new chapter in the use of GenAI in the retail and FMCG sector by founding Retail.ai.
